Voter Service and Polling Centers for 2024 primary election

(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — As of Monday, June 17 six Voter Service & Polling Centers (VSPC) will be open throughout the week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. giving those living in El Paso County more options for voter services.

Tuesday, June 25 is Colorado’s primary election, with over 200 candidates running for various positions across the state.

According to the El Paso County’s Clerk and Recorder Office, VSPCs are primarily to register new voters, update registrations, and issue ballots to voters who did not get one in the mail. The facilities can also offer ADA ballot marking devices for individuals with disabilities.

Voters who wish to vote in person can go to a VSPC, surrender the ballot they received in the mail, and be issued another paper ballot to vote and deposit. Voters can also drop off their completed mail ballot in person at a VSPC.

The six VSPC locations currently open are:

• Citizens Service Center (1675 West Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs)
• Swink Hall at the El Paso County Fair and Event Center (366 10th Street, Calhan)
• Downtown/Centennial Hall (200 South Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs)
• Fort Carson EPC Branch (6351 Wetzel Avenue, Building 1525, Ft Carson)
• North EPC Branch (8830 North Union Boulevard, Colorado Springs)
• Southeast EPC Branch (5650 Industrial Place, Colorado Springs)

On Monday, June 24 three more VSPCs will open and bring the total number of locations to nine. All locations will be open through Primary Election Day.
