Give! Pikes Peak: All Breed Rescue & Training

(SPONSORED) — The 11th Annual Doggie Dash will take place this Saturday, June 22nd, at Trinity Brewing Forge Road. Join All Breed Rescue & Training (ABRT) and many others in supporting the pups and enjoying a day of thrilling activities, games, and exercise!

ABRT is a local non-profit in Colorado Springs that focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding forever families for dogs considered “unadoptable.” Lauren Fox from the non-profit appeared on Loving Living Local with Percy, a 3-year-old pitty-mix female dog up for adoption, to share information about the upcoming 5k run event.

You can run, walk, or stroll in the beautiful surroundings of TRINITY Brewery. Well-behaved, leashed dogs and strollers are welcome, too. This event is family-friendly, and aside from the run/walk, there will be vendors offering pet-related products and services to check out.

“The funds we raise at the Doggie Dash support our mission of rescuing at-risk homeless dogs in our community and help us be able to continue to offer low-cost training to the Front Range,” Fox noted in her interview.
