(SPONSORED) — The Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (SCWCC) Accolades Event is an opportunity for everyone to acknowledge the amazing women leaders and women in business in our community.

President and CEO Lola Woloch joined Nova on Wednesday, June 19 to chat more about the annual event.

The SCWCC gives back to the community with a silent auction taking place at this years event, which will raise funds for scholarships for women. Up for auction are amazing trips, gift baskets, golf packages, staycations and more.

SCWCC provides support to local businesses, as well as networking and business development opportunities. They serve and advocate for the business community, and provide marketing and advertising support to business members.

The Accolades Event will take place Tuesday, August 13 from 11 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard. For more information, head to the SCWCC website linked above.
