The Colorado lacrosse program cast a nationwide net for its next recruiting class.

Buffs coach Ann Elliott Whidden added nine players to its 2024-25 roster, she said Monday. Eight freshmen and one transfer are from California, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Two came from Colorado.

Phoebe Rogala is a freshman from Regis Jesuit, while Kendall Havill transferred to CU-Boulder from Colorado College.

"This is a great group that is going to bring a lot to our program from day one," Whidden said.

The entire recruiting class: Addison Brower (Danville, Calif./San Ramon Valley), Amelia Byerly (Naples, Fla./Phillips Exeter Academy), Blaine Cosby (Alexandria, Va./Bishop Ireton), Anna Hoover (Blue Bell, Pa./The Lawrenceville School), Jenna Morley (West Chester, Pa./The Episcopal Academy), Elena Oh (Chapel Hill, N.C./East Chapel Hill), Briley Volpp (Encinitas, Calif./Cathedral Catholic HS), Rogala and Havill.

The 2024 Buffs (13-6, 5-2 Pac-12) finished second in the league and No. 20 in the final USA Lacrosse poll.
