Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick Share ‘Exciting’ Living Situation Update

Kristen Doute and boyfriend Luke Broderick are one of the more stable couples on The Valley . However, the main point of contention between their relationship was where to settle down. Kristen is a California girl through and through, while Luke is a Colorado boy just looking for a spot to fish. So, what’s a couple in love to do? The two might have come to a decision because they have some exciting news to share about their living situation.

Kristen and Luke will be trading up from an apartment to a home

There was a lot of back and forth on where Kristen and Luke wanted to plant roots together during the first season of The Valley. While Kristen is originally from the mid-west, she’s decided to make Los Angeles her home. Luke doesn’t mind visiting LA, but he made it clear long term plans of living there weren’t in his future.

Also, let’s not forget about the possibility of the two having a baby. Luke had brought up the cost of raising a child and how expensive it is in California. Kristen gave the correct response that they will figure it out. With the success of The Valley , those checks shouldn’t stop rolling in anytime soon.

Regardless, Kristen and Luke have decided to take a big next step together living wise. Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported the two are currently sharing an apartment but have plans for something more. Luke said, “Another big thing that is hopefully happening … we just submitted applications to move into a rental house.”

While they have exciting plans ahead for their rental home, Kristen and Luke are currently enjoying their apartment together. Kristen put on her best Selling Sunset hat and gave Bravo a tour of their home.

She shared, “As you can see, we have not one, but two refrigerators. Luke, don’t tell me I never gave you anything in this apartment … you do have your own beverage fridge.” Luke quipped back, “I think half those beverages are yours.” Oop!

And we all know Kristen loves her some crystals. She said, “We have crystals all over the house. This is my fertility moon rock. Our fertility moon rock.” Kristen added, “I describe my personal style as boho chic with a modern twist and I really loved the character of this home and how old it is.”

At least Kristen and Luke can enjoy their apartment until they move into their new home. There is no word yet on where the location of the rental house will be. But wherever it is, I’m sure we’ll get to see it next season!
