Time for a ballot initiative to establish an amendment to the Colo State Constitution, requiring radical transparency by elected officials and state bureaucrats. There is very little in the deliberations of state officials that should be either confidential or concealed. If it is an ammendment, rather than just legislation, it cannot be undone by politicians.
