ALEXANDRIA, S.D. (KELO) — Salem/Montrose/Canova and Lake Norden/Badger each claimed wins in the region 5B tournament on Tuesday. Lake Norden defeated Redfield early in the day. They’d close the day with a 7-3 win over Humboldt/Hartford to send them to the semifinals. Salem/Montrose/Canova blanked Alexandria 3-0. They’ll meet Lake Norden in Wednesday’s semifinals.
