In the ritzy enclave of Colts Neck, New Jersey’s most expensive home has just hit the market for a whopping $27.9 million.

Welcome to WellSpring Stables, a lavish 160-acre equestrian estate owned by Dr. Robert and Laura Vukovich, where world-class thoroughbreds are bred, sold and raced.

The Vukovichs, who snapped up the Garden State property in 1999, were drawn by its vast farm space.

“We were first attracted to the large farm space for expansion of our thoroughbred racing business and establishment of a home for our growing family,” they told Robb Report.

The estate is a veritable palace, boasting a 25,000-square-foot main house, an 1890s detached farmhouse and a state-of-the-art barn with 24 oversized stalls.

The main residence, spanning four floors, includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, all crafted with no expense spared.

With an exterior wrapped in imported Jerusalem limestone, the interior showcases exquisite hand-sculpted artisan carpentry. One standout feature is a custom-built conservatory from England.

“It’s a great way to spend a sunny morning with coffee and a newspaper or a book, or for a short nap,” the Vukovichs said.

The opulence doesn’t stop there. The mansion flaunts a 3,500-bottle wine cellar, a posh 12-seat movie theater, a private fitness center and an Olympic-size pool.

The nearby restored farmhouse provides an extra five bedrooms and 2.5 baths for guests.

The equestrian facilities are top-notch, with the main barn constructed in 2008 by Pennsylvania Dutch artisans. It includes everything from tack and equipment rooms to an owner’s office, hay loft and wash stalls.

Plus, there’s a two-bed manager apartment upstairs. The grounds feature an exercise ring and spacious fenced-in pastures.

Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon of Compass hold the listing.

“Though the estate is the most expensive in New Jersey, it is also an exceptional value for a property of this expanse and quality,” Postilio told The Post.

“Colts Neck has long been a go-to enclave for A-listers, and the next owner of this magnificent estate will be in elite company,” Conlon added.

Colts Neck, a bucolic Monmouth County town, has long attracted celebs like Bruce Springsteen and Queen Latifah. The Boss, who grew up in nearby Freehold, maintains a horse farm in Colts Neck, where his daughter Jessica trained as a showjumping rider. Queen Latifah once owned a 9-acre spread there, which she sold in 2015.
