    Below are the best of the best performances from last week on the Washington and Columbia County high school baseball and softball diamonds:

    Baseball

    Kruz Schoolcraft of Sunset allowed no hits and struck out 11 in a complete game shutout of Aloha.Coleton Noah of Forest Grove went 4-for-4 with a triple, double, two RBI and three runs-scored in a loss to McMinnville.Kyle Sheller of Sherwood went 3-for-4 with a home run, triple, three RBI and three runs-scored in a win over Liberty.August Ware of Glencoe allowed no hits while striking out 11 in five shutout innings in a win over Newberg.Nolan Umlandt of Sherwood allowed one hit and struck out 13 over six shutout innings in a win over Liberty.Kruz Schoolcraft of Sunset went 4-for-5 with a home run, five RBI and three runs-scored in a win over Aloha.Dax Teixeira of Beaverton went 4-for-4 with two triples, an RBI and three runs-scored in a loss to Westview.Will Slater of Sunset allowed four hits and struck out six in six shutout innings in a win over Aloha.Jacob Bishop of Jesuit allowed one hit while striking out six in a complete game shutout with South Salem.Lane Gilbert of Banks threw a perfect game in a win over Philomath/Alsea, allowing no hits or runs while striking out eight and walking none.

    Softball

    Sloane Swenson of Southridge allowed no earned runs and just two hits in a complete game win over Mountainside.Avery Dimeo of Aloha went 5-for-5 with three RBI and four runs-scored in a win over Sunset.Ava Eib of St. Helens went 3-for 3 with three runs-scored, while allowing no hits and striking out 15 in a win over Seaside.Makena Petrick of Glencoe went 5-for-5 with a home run, five RBI and two runs-scored in a win over Newberg.Katelyn Petersen of Forest Grove went 2-for-3 with a home run, six RBI and three runs-scored in a win over Liberty.Khloe Long, Brooklynn Robinson, Sydney Phillips and Jessica Jordan of Banks combined to go 13-of-14 with 12 RBI and seven run-scored in a win over Corbett.Lexi Fern of Gaston went 4-for-6 with a home run, triple, three RBI and two runs-scored in a doubleheader with Clatskanie.
