Hat tricks headline Columbia area TSSAA fall sports athlete of the week nominees

We're through another week of action in the Tennessee high school volleyball, soccer and golf seasons, which means it's time to make your voice heard and vote for the Columbia area TSSAA fall sports athlete of the week, from Sept. 23-27 .

Here are the nominees.

Allie Reese Hill, Columbia Central: Hill had 31 assists, 15 digs, four aces and a kill in a loss last Thursday. She also had 25 assists, eight digs, two aces and a block in a win last Monday.

Addison Massey, Culleoka: Massey scored six goals on the week, three in a win over Richland last Thursday and three more in a win over Cornersville last Friday.

Sophie Williams, Culleoka: Williams scored five goals on the week, three against Cornersville last Friday and two against Richland last Thursday.

Jeb Blackburn, Independence: Blackburn won the District 12-2A boys golf tournament, shooting a 5-under par 66 before winning a one-hole playoff with a birdie.

Raegan Burtch, Independence: Burtch finished with 22 assists, 10 aces, eight digs and a block in a win last Monday.

Becca Heineman, Loretto: Heineman had 20 assists, 10 kills, eight digs and six aces in a win last Monday. She also had 20 assists, seven kills, six aces and six digs in a win last Thursday.

Maggie Kalisz, Summit: Kalisz finished with 22 kills, 13 digs, seven blocks and five aces in a win last Wednesday. She also had 16 kills, 16 digs, an ace and a block in a loss last Tuesday.

Make sure to cast your vote before the poll closes at noon on Thursday.
