    HOT PROPERTIES: Trinity finds new home for AllSouth Credit Union

    Recent commercial real estate transactions include:

    Midlands

    Trinity Partners facilitated the disposition of 7227 Parklane Road in Columbia. Nick Stomski and Roger Winn represented the seller, AllSouth Federal Credit Union, in the transaction.

    The property was sold to AHS Investment Holdings LLC. The property is an 18,450-square-foot former bank facility on 2.8 acres in northeast Columbia.

    After many years at the location, AllSouth opened a new branch close by at 8352 Parklane Road.

    “We were able to work with our long-term client to understand their goals and objectives, and were able to quickly identify the ideal purchaser for the property,” Stomski said in a news release.


    John Gressette and Rox Pollard III of Colliers represented George H. Fann Family Trust in the sale of 0.72 acres of land on Chris Drive in West Columbia to WE Enterprise LLC.


    Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold two acres at 1867 AM Nash Road in Manning for $330,000.


    Nelson Weston, Tom Milliken and Tombo Milliken of NAI Columbia sold 62 acres on Neeses Highway in Neeses for $257,000.


    Nelson Weston, Tombo Milliken and Tom Milliken of NAI Columbia sold five acres at Interstate 26 and Whitmire Highway in Joanna for $200,000.


    Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of 10 acres at 785 Grace Avenue SE in Aiken for $2.5 million.


    Nick Stomski, Roger Winn, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of an 18,444-square-foot office building at 7227 Parklane Road in Columbia for $895,000.


    Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 1.67 acres at 1069 Heckle Boulevard in Rock Hill for $100,000.


    Roger Winn and Braden Shockley represented the seller in the sale of 0.47 acres at 208 W. Hampton Ave. in Sumter for $475,000.


    Upstate

    Tim Satterfield of KDS Caine represented Retina Consultants Holdings II LLC, which purchased an 11,895-square-foot medical office building on 1.4 acres at 479 Heywood Ave. in Spartanburg from Heywood Partners LLC.


    Earle Furman and Jon Good of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 9,200 square feet of industrial space at 6021 and 6035 Ponders Court in Greenville to Sabal Therapeutics LLC.


    Robert Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of 28,131 square feet of industrial/flex building located at 1261 1 st Street S. in Columbia.


    Robert Schmidt, Peter Couchell, Beau McIntosh and Allen Jones of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a 12,668-square-foot Dollar General Market building at 3210 Midway Road in Maxton, N.C.


    Robert Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a 7,992-square-foot retail investment property at 164 S. Main St. in Travelers Rest.


    John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Byrne Real Estate Group LLC, in the sale of a 3,000-square-foot office building at 202 Lawrence Road in Clemson to Two Blue Stallions LLC.


    Alex Campbell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Richard C. Masters, in the sale of 1.92 acres of land located at 404 N. Main St. in Six Mile to BAP BETO LLC.


    Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller of 5 Northway Court in Greer. AJAM Properties LLC bought the property 9,000 square feet of industrial space on an acre of land from Longhorn Partner LLC.


    Grayson Atkins of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, B Scott Streetman LLC, in the sale of 2.71 acres of land at 10721-10731 Greenville Highway in Wellford for $725,000. The land was purchased by Upward Unlimited.


    Lowcountry

    Walter Reid and David Newman of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, Sluss + Padgett LLC, in the lease of 9,865 square feet of industrial space at 220 Varnfield Drive in Summerville from Varnfield Industrial Portfolio LLC. Culler Bennett of WRS Realty represented the landlord.


    Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, 665 Meeting Street Inc., in the lease of 4,200 square feet of industrial space at 4290 Durant Ave., Building B, in North Charleston to Super Source Inc. Bernie Bastian of Tidal Creek LLC represented the tenant.


    Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, Bradham Fence Company Inc., in the lease of 3,500 square feet of industrial space at 119 Farm Road, Summerville, from Bayview Holding Company Inc.


    Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, 4540 Rivers Ave LLC, in the lease of 2,383 square feet of industrial space in Unit E at 4540 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston to Cable & Connections Acquisition Co. Sadler Co. represented the tenant.
