A Columbia office building is off the market.

Trinity Partners represented both sides in the sale of 1907 Thurmond Mall in Columbia, according to a news release.

Peyton Bryant and John Coleman represented the seller and Roger Winn, Braden Shockley, and Will McGregor represented the buyer, according to the release.

The property was sold to the South Carolina Association of Counties for $1 million, according to the release. The release did not reveal who owned the property.

1907 Thurmond Mall is a 5,916 square foot stand-alone office building located on the corner of Huger and Richland streets.

The buyer was attracted to the property due to its one-of-a-kind location and architecture, the release stated.
