    Recent commercial real estate transactions include:

    Wynsum Antiques and Interiors is expanding to Mount Pleasant. This is the second location for Wynsum ownership, which has operated on King Street since 2017. The new space in the Patriots Plaza center on Houston Northcutt is bookended by Whole Foods and Staples. Tim Rogers and Chauncey Clark of The Peninsula Co. LLC represented the tenant. Jeff Yurfest with The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord.


    Trey Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Los Puentes Inc., in the sale of 1.1 acres of land at 1806 Remount Road in North Charleston.


    Edward Oswald and Blair Hines Gearhart of Oswald Cooke & Associates represented the landlord in the lease of 1,932 square feet of commercial property at 1342 Ben Sawyer Blvd. in Mount Pleasant. The tenant was represented by Jon Chalfie and Hailey Clifton of Landmark Enterprises.


    David Newman and Walter Reid of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the buyer, Rogue Motion Marine LLC, in the sale of 1.04 acres of warehouse space at 2026 Herbert St. in Charleston from George A. Rheman Co. Jonathan J. Chalfie of Landmark Enterprises Services LLC represented the seller.


    Vitr Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Fincher, Patrick, Weir LLC, in the lease of 1,030 square feet of retail space at 640 Skylark Drive in Charleston to Le Meden.


    Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, 665 Meeting Street Inc., in the lease of an acre of industrial space at 4290 Piggly Wiggly Drive in North Charleston to Imperial Towing Services of South Carolina LLC.

    Midlands

    Bobby Balboni and Patrick Palmer of NAI Columbia leased 874 square feet in the Village at Sandhill at 481-2 Town Center Place in Columbia.


    Ben Kelly, Patrick Chambers and Jack Springs of NAI Columbia sold 5.35 acres at Western Lane and Broad River Road in Irmo. The land sold for $5 million.


    Roger Winn, Braden Shockley and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 3,477-square-foot office space at 1501 Main St. in Columbia.


    Macon Lovelace, Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 2,064-square-foot office space at 2750 Laurel St. in Columbia.


    Upstate

    Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented the landlord, Victoria Logistics, and the tenant, Magna Seating of America, in the lease of 157,581 square feet of industrial space at 1201 Woods Chapel Road in Duncan.
