Sunday Conversation: Col. Colin Mahle, wife, Charlsey, talk about Army life and much more

COLUMBUS, Ga. ( WRBL ) — The United States Army is a family business many times, meaning when one in the family serves they all serve and sacrifice in some way.

Col. Colin Mahle has been Garrison Commander on post at Fort Moore for about two years. He has been in the Army for 24 years. He met his wife, Charlsey, while they were both serving. She left the Army after eight years.

Together, they show the strength of an Army family. And they sat down recently with WRBL for the Sunday Conversation. The two talked about how they met and the Army life. Mahle was responsible for caring out the orders to change the name of Fort Benning to Fort Moore and he talks about that responsibility.
