New Concept Featuring Pastries, Cocktails and Sandwiches Coming to Grandview

According to a recent Columbus Underground article, the brand that brought a popular bourbon and tequila hall and taco concept to the Columbus area is launching a new project at 1295 Grandview Ave, located inside Agave & Rye’s Grandview location.

The concept is called Loco Social and its menu will feature bubble teas, coffees, pastries, brunch bites, salads and cocktails. Although it will operate out of the building that houses Agave & Rye, Loco Social will be a separate concept and will feature its own dedicated entrance.

“Launching new ideas and concepts is a part of our mission to be the leader in culinary innovation,” Yavonne Sarber, founder of EPIC Brands and Agave & Rye restaurants, said in a press release. “It just makes sense. Utilizing our chefs’ talents to be ahead of the curve is not only smart business but allows our chefs to really flex their creative muscles and bring the community something that’s not only unique but over-the-top delicious.”

Some examples of those delectable offerings include egg sandwiches, open face toasts and stuffed French toast offered as part of the concept’s brunch style offerings. There will also be flatbreads, baguette sandwiches and half a dozen salads to choose from. Additionally, there will be cupcakes, pastries, fresh pressed juices, boba tea with over a dozen flavor options and an in house cocktail program that’s rum forward.

Currently, the opening timeline for Loco Social is slated for the end of May 2024.
