According to an article in Columbus Business First , Agape Mediterranean is looking to grow its locations this year. The eatery, which opened its first location in 2021, is set to open at Grandview Yard at 855 W 3rd Ave. Agape Mediterranean co-owner Matt Morrison shared that the team at Agape anticipates opening the Grandview Yard location by the end of this year.

What Now Columbus reported that the company is also planning to open a location in Lewis Center this year, with the two new locations to take the growing company’s restaurants from its current four to six by the end of 2024. “We’re very excited and very fortunate to be in this position,” Morrison shared.

And, the company doesn’t plan to stop its expansion any time soon, or to stay within the Columbus area. Morrison confirmed that the Agape team is actively looking at other markets in Ohio like Cincinnati, Cleveland and Dayton. Although he didn’t have a definitive timeframe for opening in those cities, Morrison said a location outside of Columbus could open within the next 12 months. There’s also tentative plans to open another handful of Agape locations in the Columbus area, with the company eyeing the Clintonville, Grove City, Hilliard, Worthington and Upper Arlington communities as possible future restaurant sites.

As detailed on its website , Agape Mediterranean serves pitas, bowls and salads in a build-your-own model. Protein options include gyro-style meat, chicken shawarma and plant based protein. The sides include Greek fries, served with feta cheese and house dressing, along with hummus and pita.
