A Columbus ‘Landmark’ Bar Could See Renovations, Permit Filing Shows

According to a recent permit filing, a Columbus bar could soon see some renovations. Per information in the filing, Old Landmark Bar & Pizza, located at 178 Rumsey Rd, is planning to do work that includes new bathrooms and a revised kitchen layout. Additional work includes plumbing, electrical, mechanical and hood changes to the facility, as well as some framing changes to the building’s roof.

Old Landmark is located at 176 Rumsey Rd, and features indoor seating as well as a covered back patio. As detailed in the language of the permit filing, the work will be completed on an adjacent structure, at 178 Rumsey Rd, which serves as the base of operations for the ‘pizza’ portion of Old Landmark Bar & Pizza.

What Now Columbus reached out to a representative with the establishment to learn more about the planned renovations and to learn details such as how the work may impact customers, but a request for comment was not immediately returned.
