    Juneteenth in Columbus, Ohio, and other events happening this weekend

    It's going to be a busy weekend, with the Columbus Air Show , Stonewall Columbus Pride and Father's Day activities , including free fishing , all on the calendar.

    • And while Juneteenth is Wednesday, many groups are recognizing the holiday with weekend celebrations.

    They include:

    JuneteenthOhio Festival : Noon-11pm Saturday and Sunday, Genoa Park, 303 W. Broad St. Free till 3pm! Then $5-20.

    Juneteenth on the Ave : Noon-6pm Saturday, 925 Mount Vernon Ave. Free!

    Jubilee Day Festival : Noon-4pm Sunday, Ohio Village, 800 E. 17th Ave. Free!

    Other things to do:

    🎉 Celebrate all things Columbus at the 614 Day block party during Franklinton Fridays.

    • 4-10pm tonight, between State and Town streets and McConnell and Lucas avenues. Free!

    👠 See a rooftop drag show at Budd Dairy Food Hall , followed by an afterparty.

    • 6-8pm tonight, 1086 N. Fourth St. Free!

    👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bring the kids to the Columbus Children's Festival at SportsOhio, featuring carnival games, a bounce house, character meet and greets and more.

    🎨 Be a part of the Worthington Arts Festival 's 30th anniversary event.

    • 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday, Worthington Green. Free!

    🛼 Cheer on the Ohio Roller Derby team during its last games of the season.

    • 5pm Saturday, Ohio Expo Center's Lausche Building. $10-16 . Kids under 8 free!

    🤣 Grab one of a few tickets left for live comedy shows by Daniel Tosh, of "Tosh.0" fame.

    • 5pm and 8pm Sunday, OSU's Mershon Auditorium, 1871 N. High St. $45-95 .
