Ohio IOL with OSU offer eliminates Ohio State, adds Michigan football to top group

A prediction that one Ohio-based offensive lineman will choose Ohio State appears to be somewhat premature.

2026 Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius four-star offensive lineman Will Conroy still has quite a bit of time before he signs on the dotted line, but on Monday, he already has started to trim his list. Conroy has a 247Sports Crystal Ball prediction indicating that he’d choose Ohio State — usually a solid prediction for a Buckeye State product — but the January prediction doesn’t look quite as good now that it’s July.

Conroy released his top five schools and Michigan football made the cut, but Ohio State did not. Oklahoma, Arizona State, Miami, and Florida rounded out the top five.
