Larissa Brady, 53, caught the graduate as she walked into Ohio Stadium to tell her “that she loved her and would always be her mother,” according to an autopsy report obtained Thursday by PEOPLE.
Then the Georgia mother climbed over the stadium’s concrete wall near the bell tower and jumped, the coroner’s office said.

Brady died of multiple blunt force injuries, the report states. After months of speculation , investigators officially ruled her death as a suicide.
The mother had a reported history of bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and anxiety, according to the coroner’s report.
Brady had “two prior suicide attempts,” including one from earlier this year, and had quit taking her medications at the time, her husband told investigators.
Whether the troubled mom went to the ceremony with plans to take her life is unclear. According to a May obituary, the mother of two was an avid traveler and gardener who “enjoyed the diversity and natural beauty that nature had to offer.”

“She loved her family and children with a passion and was extremely protective of them like a mother bear,” her loved ones wrote.
Officials previously reported that the mother of two had entered Ohio Stadium with her husband and 12-year-old son to sit and watch the ceremony.
The family had talked with their daughter just moments before finding their seats. The rest of the graduating class was still filing into the stadium when Brady peeled herself from her family members, the coroner’s office said.

Brady told her family she wanted to move higher into the stadium.
Witnesses watched the mother walk toward the last row of benches and climb over the concrete walls, falling about 150 feet to her death. Brady was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not clear whether Brady’s daughter knew about her mother’s death until after she crossed the stage.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the new graduates reportedly walked past the scene of the tragedy, which was still cordoned off with yellow police tape.
