Most expensive homes sold in Franklin, Delaware counties in July

COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — The top home in Franklin County went for over $2.7 million in July, with the top home in Delaware County selling for $1.5 million.

NBC4 analyzed property sale records from the Franklin and Delaware county auditors’ offices, filtering for “one family dwellings” to avoid sales of apartments, duplexes or other unrelated land purchases.
