Buca di Beppo, known for its northern and southern Italian cuisine specialties served family-style, announced it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy .
The company said they aim to optimize operations while enhancing dining experiences, and they plan to restructure and “ensure a seamless transition and position the brand for future success,” according to a news release.
All locations in Michigan have shut down permanently, along with other locations.
