    The release dates of Romance in the House K-drama episodes 1 and 2 have been announced. It revolves around a man returning to his family after a decade. The new Netflix and JTBC series stars Ji Jin-Hee, Son Na-Eun, Kim Jee-Soo, and Choi Min-Ho in lead roles.

    The official synopsis reads, “After his business crashes, a man disappears from his family for 11 years. But when he makes a return as their wealthy landlord, a messy reunion ensues.” Aside from family drama, the show will also explore the romantic angles between a young couple and a former married couple.

    Romance in the House K-drama episode 1 will premiere on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. on JTBC. It will also be available to stream on Netflix. It consists of 12 episodes and will air twice a week on Saturdays and Sundays. Hence, episode 2 will be released on Sunday, August 11, 2024.

    Romance in the House K-drama: What is it about?

    Romance in the House K-drama tells the story of Byeon Mu-Jin and his return after 11 years. He and Ae-Yeon used to have a happy married life with two children — Mi-Rae and Hyeon-Jae. But Mu-Jin’s failed business ventures lead to his divorce. After more than a decade, he returns to his family’s life as the landlord of the building they are staying in.

    Mu-Jin wants to win back his ex-wife’s heart. Their daughter Mi-Rae is against the idea while Ae-Yeon supports his father. Meanwhile, Mi-Rae also finds herself attracted to Nam Tae-Pyung. The latter works with her at a mart, which also belongs to Mu-Jin.

    Directed by Kim Da-Ye, the series also stars Yoon San-Ha, Jung Woong-In, Kim Young-Jae, Yang Jo-Ah, Hwang Bo-Ra, Lee Da-Hye, and Shin Yong-Seok. Meanwhile, Romance in the House will air on weekends on Netflix and JTBC. Stay tuned for more updates.
