Xbox Game Pass August 2024 Wave 2 Games Include Black Ops 6 Beta

Microsoft has confirmed the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate games due to hit the service during wave 2 of August 2024. As well as the previously confirmed day-one release of Core Keeper, there will be three more games added soon including the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Early Access Open Beta.

Here are the Xbox Game Pass August 2024 Wave 2 games

The second wave of August 2024 games begins on Thursday, August 22, with the addition of the open-world action RPG Atlas Fallen. Core Keeper will be added the following week, but the big draw will be access to the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 early access open beta without the need to pre-order the game.

Game Pass subscribers can preload the early access beta from August 28, 2024, and it will go live on August 30. Early access ends on September 4 before an open beta goes live again on September 6.

Four games will be added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate over the next few days. The full list of games arriving over the rest of the month and into the first few days of September is:

• Atlas Fallen (Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud) – August 22
• Core Keeper (Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud) – August 27
• Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Early Access Beta Preload (Console and PC) – August 28
• Star Trucker (Console, PC, and Cloud) – September 3

Before this, three more games will also be added to Xbox Game Pass Core . On August 21, Cities: Skylines, Control: Ultimate Edition, and SnowRunner will be added to the list.

As well as the new games, there is a trio of brand-new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks that have become available over the past few days:

• Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realm: Five Champions with 5 Champions, 80 Gold Champion Chests, a Familiar, and a Skin for Lae’zel.
• XDefiant: Crimson Pack with the Deep Red Samir Character Skin, Deep Red MP5 Weapon Skin, Ember M870 Weapon Skin, Pelagic ACR 6.8 Weapon Skin, and Amber M9 Weapon Skin
• The Elder Scrolls Online: 10-Year Anniversary Pack #3 with 1x Attribute Respecification Scroll and 3x Gold Coast Experience Scrolls

Finally, three games are leaving Xbox Game Pass on August 31. These are:

• Atomic Heart (Console, PC, and Cloud)
• Guilty Gear -Strive- (Console, PC, and Cloud)
• NBA 2K24 (Console and Cloud)
