Bully Ray Says WWE is Doing Well in Elevating New Talent

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has recently praised the promotion for elevating the rising star. Since 2022, when Triple H took over, fans have seen many stars rising through the ranks. This includes Dominik Mysterio, Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, and more.

Recently, another star has made a name for himself: Bronson Reed. Following WWE RAW after SummerSlam, Bronson Reed shocked fans by attacking Seth Rollins on RAW. He delivered six Tsunami Splashes from the top rope. This brutal assault caused significant internal bleeding for Rollins, leading to his hospitalization.

Reed didn’t stop there. In the upcoming weeks, he also attacked The Miz, R-Truth, and recently, Braun Strowman. On the latest edition of WWE RAW, Bronson Reed clashed with Braun Strowman in a huge match. Their clash spilled all across the arena and culminated in a shocking fashion in the parking lot.

The climax saw Bronson Reed gain the upper hand over The Monster Among Men. As Strowman lay lifeless on top of a car, Reed executed a Tsunami Splash on top of Strowman, leaving him beaten and physically battered. Following this, WWE legend Bully Ray praised the promotion for Reed’s booking.

On Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray expressed his enjoyment of Bronson Reed’s recent work and discussed the push Reed has received in WWE. He stated, “Every single week Bronson goes out there, they take a step forward with him. I’m more interested in him. They’re getting him over. You can decide how you feel about it.”

Furthermore, Ray praised Reed’s segment with Braun Strowman from RAW. While he found the match impressive, he highlighted that the real highlight was the post-match beatdown. He stated, “All you remember is Bronson Reed standing on top of that brick wall, Braun Strowman laid on top of that Cadillac, and Bronson splashing him on the top of the car. Spectacular final move. It doesn’t have to be WrestleMania to have a WrestleMania moment. They had a ‘Raw’ moment.”
