Hulu Schedule September 2-8 2024: New TV Shows & Movies Being Added

Hulu’s release schedule for September 2-8, 2024, includes Tell Me Lies Season 2 and English Teacher.

Starting September 3, Tuesday, Hulu subscribers can check out English Teacher. This series, directed by Brian Jordan Alvarez, whose previous credits include M3GAN, Everything Is Free, and Grandmother’s Gold, follows a high school teacher, played by Alvarez. He struggles to manage the competing demands of his students and their parents amid constant rule changes.

On September 4, the second season of Tell Me Lies drops on Hulu. This season follows Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco as they navigate newfound tension and hostility after returning to college from a tumultuous summer breakup. Despite their conflicts, Lucy and Stephen find themselves even more drawn to one another.

Also releasing on Hulu this week are the movies Ready Player One and Cash Out.

Ready Player One is a sci-fi action film directed by Steven Spielberg. The story revolves around participants in a virtual contest following the death of the creator of a popular video game system. The contestants compete for a chance to inherit his fortune.

Cash Out is an action-thriller starring John Travolta. It follows Mason, a criminal mastermind attempting the biggest bank heist of his life. He is betrayed by his lover and crew member, Decker, who reveals herself as an Interpol agent. The betrayal forces Mason into retirement, but he is later compelled to come out of retirement to help his brother Shaun with his own risky heist. This leads to a confrontation with Decker and S.W.A.T.
