The Perfect Couple Trailer Previews Netflix’s Nicole Kidman Miniseries

Netflix has finally released The Perfect Couple trailer for its newest star-studded mystery drama, which will be led by Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber. The limited series will be available for streaming this Thursday, September 5.

What happens in The Perfect Couple trailer?

The full trailer introduces the members of the wealthy Winbury family, including its patriarch and matriarch, portrayed by Schreiber and Kidman. The video highlights how their family’s status could easily let them get away with anything, including murder. The cast also features Dakota Fanning, Eve Hewson, Billy Howle, Jack Reynor, Ishaan Khatter, Meghann Fahy, Sam Nivola, Michael Beach, Donna Lynne Champlin, Mia Isaac, and Isabelle Adjani.

“Amelia Sacks is about to marry into one of the wealthiest families on Nantucket,” reads the official logline. “Her disapproving future mother-in-law, famous novelist Greer Garrison Winbury, has spared no expense in planning what promises to be the premiere wedding of the season – until a body turns up on the beach. As secrets come to light, the stage is set for a real-life investigation that feels plucked from the pages of one of Greer’s novels. Suddenly, everyone is a suspect.”

The Perfect Couple is written and executive produced by showrunner Jenna Lamia, based on Elin Hilderbrand’s book of the same name. Executive producers are Hilderbrand, Kidman, Susanne Bier, Shawn Levy, Gail Berman, Hend Baghdadym, Per Saari, and Josh Barry, with Bier also serving as the director.
