    DreamWorks Animation has released The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist trailer for its forthcoming Halloween special. This comes after nearly a year since the first Bad Guys special, A Very Bad Holiday, made its debut on Netflix.

    What happens in The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist trailer?

    The official trailer highlights the titular criminal team’s next heist adventure, which will see them robbing a dead legendary crook’s treasure. However, things don’t go as planned when they discover that the said legendary crook is still around protecting his precious loot. The special will be available for streaming on October 3, 2024, exclusively on Netflix.

    “In the special, The Bad Guys set off on the ultimate Halloween heist, absconding with legendary deceased crook Reginald E. Scary’s prized stolen amulet,” reads the official logline. “While on their mission in Scary’s haunted mansion, Wolf has a few tricks up his sleeve to spook his crew. But when Wolf ends up being haunted the Bad Guys must revisit the mansion to return the cursed loot.”

    The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist is directed by Kevin Peaty, with Bret Haaland and Katherine Nolfi serving as executive producers. The special features the voices of Michael Godere as Wolf, Ezekiel Ajeigbe as Shark, Raul Ceballos as Piranha, Chris Diamantopoulos as Snake and Reginald E. Scary, and Mallory Low as Tarantula.
