Exclusive Last Straw Clip Previews Invasion Slasher Horror Movie

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Last Straw clip, previewing the upcoming invasion slasher film about a waitress stuck inside a diner. From Shout! Studios, the horror movie is set to release in select theaters, digitally, and via on-demand services on September 20, 2024.

What happens in the Last Straw clip?

The Last Straw clip shows Nancy Osborn (Jessica Belkin) cleaning up the diner before hearing a mysterious bang on the window. After seeing nobody, she threatens whoever is outside with the diner’s sound system before the building mysteriously begins rattling, and she rushes to close the door.

“A young waitress working the overnight shift alone at a rural, roadside diner finds herself in a fight for her life when she’s terrorized by a group of masked assailants. With no one to turn to, she will do everything she can to survive the night, even if it means striking back,” reads the official synopsis of the movie.

Last Straw is directed by Alan Scott Neal, from a script written by Taylor Sardoni. The film stars Belkin, Taylor Kowalski, Jeremy Sisto, Tara Raani, Joji Otani-Hansen, Sebastian Delascasas, Jack DiFalco, and Michael Giannone.
