    ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive trailer for The Deserving, The Horror Collective’s upcoming psychological horror movie. The film hails from director S.S. Arora and will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting October 1, 2024.

    “Exploring themes of guilt, redemption, and the cyclical nature of abuse, the film follows a tormented, mute serial killer who is haunted by the ghosts of his victims and plans to end his life,” reads the synopsis. “His resolve is disrupted when a desperate walk-in client arrives, needing an urgent photo shoot. With a gripping storyline and intense performances, the film challenges audiences to confront the consequences of their actions and the relentless pursuit of justice.”

    What happens in The Deserving trailer?

    The Deserving trailer introduces a mute serial killer who gets haunted by the women he has killed. It highlights all of the physical hauntings he’ll be experiencing while he tries to kill himself.

    The film is written and directed by S.S. Arora in his feature directorial debut. The film stars Venkat Sai Gunda, Simone Stadler, Kelsey Stalter, Mariam Lomsadze, Jacqueline Neeley, Jeannette Nina. Ashley Szczerbackie, and Josselyn Wolf. It is produced by Gunda, Thirumalesh, and Vismay Kumar Kothopally.
