As per a source on X , the Walking Dead actor has already been recruited as the extraterrestrial being.

Despite all the rumors, there is no official confirmation as to who will be playing Knull in Venom: The Last Dance. The confirmed lead cast of Venom 3 , headed by Tom Hardy, includes Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, and Rhys Ifans. Additional on-screen members also include Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach, and Stephen Graham. It will also mark the end of Hardy’s tenure as Venom, provided that he does not transition into the MCU.
