WWE’s faction The Bloodline has undergone massive changes since Solo Sikoa brought Jacob Fatu into the faction. After the former replaced Roman Reigns as Tribal Chief, he reshaped The Bloodline by bringing in new members, such as Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga, and the unpredictable Jacob Fatu.

On the June 21 edition of WWE SmackDown, Fatu made a fierce debut. He launched a brutal assault on Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens. Fatu crushed Owens with a Samoan Drop onto the steel steps, speared Orton into the barricades, and sent Rhodes through the announce table with a diving headbutt.

Since Jacob Fatu’s addition, The Bloodline has grown stronger, with an intensified aura. Before his WWE debut, reports emerged suggesting that WWE backstage officials were concerned Fatu might overshadow Solo Sikoa. It appears those concerns have now come to fruition.

With Fatu being added to The Bloodline, many believe his presence in the faction is eclipsing Sikoa. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has also voiced his opinion, explaining why Fatu is outshining Sikoa.

Bully Ray sees Jacob Fatu naturally stealing the spotlight from Solo Sikoa

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray stated that Solo Sikoa leads The Bloodline but he argues that the real focus is on Jacob Fatu. Per Wrestling Inc., he stated, “[Fatu] commands the spotlight. There are those that demand the spotlight as in ‘Hey, pick me, pick me! Spotlight, come over here. Highlight me!’ And there are those who just go out there, do it, and the spotlight finds them. The spotlight finds Jacob Fatu.”

Furthermore, Ray suggests that while Fatu continues to capture the spotlight, Sikoa struggles to step out of Reigns’ shadow in WWE. He stated, “It’s almost like Solo is trying to live up to the standard of Roman. And now you have Jacob, who’s this absolute wild killer that we thought Solo was going to be. That’s not Solo’s role right now; Solo’s role is to be the Vito Corleone, the head of the family, but in doing that, he might seem secondary to everything that Jacob is doing.”

Jacob Fatu’s presence has undoubtedly added a new aura to The Bloodline. WWE has recognized his impact, as evidenced a few weeks ago when Solo Sikoa pressured Fatu to hand over his tag team title to Tonga Loa.

Furthermore, last week, when Cody Rhodes offered Fatu a shot at the WWE Undisputed Championship, Sikoa showed his displeasure. These events suggest that the promotion is already setting the stage to highlight tensions between Sikoa and Fatu.
