    Hulk Hogan, a multi-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, recently discussed his friendship with an AEW star. That top star is none other than Chris Jericho, a former AEW World Champion.

    Chris Jericho launched his career in WCW before making a significant impact in WWE in 1999 by interrupting a promo from The Rock. He quickly established himself as a top star in WWE. Over the years, he had some memorable feuds with The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H, and Kurt Angle. Throughout his long career in WWE, Jericho has significantly influenced the professional wrestling industry.

    In 2019, Jericho took a bold step by joining the emerging promotion AEW. This decision paid off, as he has since delivered outstanding performances and helped develop rising stars. Jericho’s recent “Learning Tree” gimmick has showcased a fresh side of Jericho to fans.

    WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan recently appeared on Barstool Rasslin’ and shared how AEW star Chris Jericho expressed that he is honoring Hogan with his current persona. Hogan mentioned that Jericho has been channeling the spirit of Hollywood Hogan since 1996.

    The veteran wrestler stated, “Yeah. I’ll hit Cody [Rhodes] up, or we’ll talk, you know. He wears that weightlifting belt and stuff like that. I talk to a lot of the guys like Chris Jericho. He’s a good friend of mine. He goes, ‘Well, I’m just doing Hollywood Hogan ’96.’ I said, ‘You’re doing a good job, brother.’ So I talk to a lot of the young guys. They’re still running around.”

    Chris Jericho’s current gimmick has introduced a fresh dimension to his character. He has fully embraced the “Learning Tree” concept, focusing on mentoring rising stars while further evolving his persona.
