What happens in the Black Cab trailer?

The video features Frost as a creepy cab driver who kidnaps a woman, and takes her for a drive on a haunted road. Her ordeal gets more harrowing and complicated when the ghost of a desperate woman keeps on terrorizing her.

Black Cab is directed by Bruce Goodison from a screenplay written by David Michael Emerson, with additional material by Nick Frost and Virginia Gilbert. Joining Frost are Synnøve Karlsen, Luke Norris, George Bukhari, Teresa Parr, and Tilly Woodward. It is executive produced by Michaela Fereday and Lucy Robinson, with Jan Roldanus producing. It is a production by Sony Pictures Television and Stolen Pictures.

“When Anne (Karlsen) and Patrick (Norris) hail a black cab after a night out their driver (Frost) is chatty, jovial even, but they are in no mood to talk. In fact, the couple is barely on speaking terms,” reads the synopsis. “That is, until they realize the driver has no intention of taking them home. Locked in the cab with no means of escape, the driver transports the couple to a stretch of deserted and supposedly haunted road. But what is his purpose? Is he mad or just plain evil? And why has he selected Anne and Patrick as his victims?”
