    Police: 1 stabbed, 1 ‘struck with an object’ near Commerce City fast food restaurant

    DENVER (KDVR) — Two people were taken to the hospital after an incident in the parking lot of a Commerce City fast food restaurant Saturday.

    The Commerce City Police Department said in a post on X that detectives were on the scene of the restaurant in the 5100 block of E. 60th Avenue. Police initially said the incident happened inside the restaurant but provided an update saying it happened in the parking lot.

    One person was stabbed, and another was “struck with an object,” and both were taken to the hospital, police said. The extent of their injuries was unknown.
