IT IS An ABSOLUTE must! i was a substitute teacher and these students are so addicted to cell phones they can't get through one class without sneaking and using their phones even with the policy of putting them in an organizer by the teachers desk..they still do not always give up their phones as they enter the class room.I could not tolerate the total disrespect they have for their teachers.
