"Thank you all for riding with me all these years! 💋"</p><p>As fans and fellow celebrities flooded the comments with birthday wishes, her boyfriend of four years, soul musician Van Hunt, shared her selfie in his Instagram Stories. The two were together at Berry's home ahead of the release of <i>The Union</i>, when her co-star Mark Wahlburg sent over a pre-birthday celebration featuring a Wahlburgers food truck.</p><p>As for her birthday plans, the Academy Award winner is keeping things low-key this year. On Monday, Aug. 12, she told Extra that she’ll be in West Virginia promoting menopause awareness.</p><p>"I'm going to be in West Virginia with Senator [Shelley] Capito doing some advocacy work for my menopause bill,” Berry told the outlet, referencing the Advancing Menopause Care and Mid-Life Women’s Health Act. "I can't think of a better way to spend my birthday than fighting for all women.
