Pleasant Plains woman dies after one-vehicle accident
A Pleasant Plains woman died after a one-vehicle accident on Friday evening. According to the Arkansas State Police, Insley M. Vinson, 22, was driving a 2013 Cadillac north on State Highway 87 in Independence County. The state police report said the vehicle lost control while negotiating a curve, crossed the southbound fog line, and collided with a ditch embankment before rolling onto its roof.
