LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– The woman who died in a fatal car crash on July 12 has been identified as 42-year-old Jamie Fryman from Concord Township.

Deputies from the Jackson County Office of the Sheriff responded at 12:23 p.m. to the two-car crash at the intersection of M-60 and Main Street in the Village of Concord.

The 65-year-old Sterling Heights man was traveling eastbound on M-60 in a semi-trailer truck and the 42-year-old Concord Township woman was traveling northbound in a Chevrolet van when they crashed at the intersection, said officials with Jackson County Office of the Sheriff.

The sheriff’s officials said neither alcohol nor drugs have contributed to the crash.

The crash is still under investigation.
