ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man is recovering after he was shot on Reynolds Street Monday night. Police say the 19-year-old victim was walking on Reynolds Street at 9:30 p.m. when he was shot at multiple times, getting hit in his upper body. State agriculture officials have confirmed the presence of spotted lanternfly in the Finger Lakes region, a concerning development for local grape growers. The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets identified the invasive pest in Romulus, New York, following reports from Cornell’s New York State Integrated Pest Management Program (NYS IPM).
