A nonprofit organization has received $400,000 from the state for one of its latest homeownership projects in Cumberland County. Tri County Housing, a certified community development organization, will receive the money for its homeownership project in the 200 block of Eutaw Avenue in New Cumberland from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
