Holmes Co. pursuit leads to arrest
A Killbuck man was arrested by Holmes County Sheriff’s Deputies following a high speed pursuit this week. The incident occurred Tuesday night with the vehicle entering Coshocton County on County Road 19 in Clark Township. The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the pursuit. Authorities eventually deployed spike strips and flattened the vehicles tires. An arrest was then made in the village of Warsaw. 19-year old Caleb Johnson now faces charges.

Wadsworth destination playground nears halfway point of construction
WADSWORTH — Wadsworth’s new destination playground at Memorial Park is nearing the halfway point of its construction phase. The playground phase, an early part of the larger Memorial Park improvement project, began in late April after the demolition of the Kaleidoscope playground. Wadsworth Interim Service Director Matt Hiscock said the playground completion date may be sooner than expected.
