On the first night of the three-day weekend meditation retreat this past May at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, Senior Director of Programs Carol Donahoe welcomed the 250 participants, who had come from 32 states and from France, Ireland and Canada (to name just a few places) to participate in the opening weekend of Omega’s 2024 season on the 250-acre Rhinebeck campus.
