The Eagles’ residency at The Sphere follows in the footsteps of other legendary rock acts that have recently made a temporary home out of the $2.3 billion venue , like U2, Phish, and Dead & Company. For their part, The Eagles’ residency is set to last for 14 weekends, starting on the weekend of September 20th, 2024 and running through the weekend of March 15th, 2025.
The shows arrive as part of the ’70s band’s farewell tour, entitled “The Long Goodbye.” The crew initially announced their final run in late 2023, which notably included a slew of dates with Steely Dan. That run wrapped up in March, so to take them at their word, the concerts at The Sphere seem to be one of the final times fans can catch one of the best-selling rock groups of all time.
And for those wondering, The Eagles’ current lineup boasts Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Timothy B. Schmit, as well as Vince Gill and Deacon Frey.
