CCU women’s basketball non-conference schedule released

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — The 2024-2025 non-conference schedule for the Coastal Carolina women’s basketball team has been released. They will play 11 non-conference teams, including the MAC-SBC Challenge.

The Chanticleers will begin their season on the road with the Central Michigan Chippewas on Nov. 4 to start the MAC-SBC Challenge. CCU will then stay on the road as they take on Charleston Southern on Nov. 9.

CCU will open play at the HTC Center in Conway with back-to-back games against UNCG on Nov. 13 and Union (KY) on Nov. 15. The Chants will then hit the road to visit the 2024 NCAA Final Four participant, NC State on Nov. 21.

The women in teal will wrap up November on the 27th by hosting Columbia College.

Starting in December, Coastal Carolina will host Jacksonville State on Dec. 7 before hitting the road to visit Presbyterian (Dec.15). The Chants then host UNCW (Dec.18) and South Carolina State on Dec. 21 before starting Sun Belt Conference play. The last non-conference game will be at the HTC Center in the second matchup of the MAC-SBC Challenge. That opponent is yet to be announced.
