Ogilvie, MN (July 20) – Saturday night was Blaze Credit Union night at Wagamon’s Ogilvie, and once again, Mother Nature was knocking on the door as the race night progressed. With 86 cars in attendance, the track staff pushed the show through and completed the evening of WISSOTA Dirt Track Race Action before the rain began to fall. The track itself was victorious along with Clayton Wagamon, Austin Niemeyer, Ashely Boyum, Tyler Larson, Jeff Ekdahl and Tony Jensen who all went home with hardware.

Car hits two pedestrians, killing one, near Coleraine
(Coleraine MN-) A car struck two pedestrians near Coleraine early this morning, killing one and sending the other to the hospital. The state patrol says it was reported at 1:25 a.m. on Highway 169 as a car was traveling southbound and struck the two pedestrians who were walking in the southbound lane. One died at the scene, the other airlifted to St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. No names released at this time.

Kratz, who recently graduated from Western Illinois University, has been stellar on the mound as a relief pitcher. In 17.2 innings, Kratz has only allowed 3 hits while striking out 23 batters.
