Garlic and honey go so well together! Add a few more spices and coat it all around some baked or air fried chicken wings and you've got something magical! Prepare this for an appetizer, or double it for a main meal. (You can even double the sauce and use it on chicken thighs... hint hint). Anyway, here's what you'll need to make about 4 servings as an appetizer:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
    • 1 Tbs olive oil
    • 3/4 Tbs seasoned salt or Season All
    • 3/4 Tbs Montreal steak seasoning
    • 1 Tbs onion powder

    Wing Sauce:

    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 1/2 Tbs minced garlic
    • 3 Tbs honey
    • 1 Tbs chopped parsley- fresh or dry- optional
    • 2 Tbs finely grated parmesan cheese

Coat the chicken wings with olive oil, seasoned salt or Season All, Montreal steak seasoning, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly, cover well, and let the wings marinate for at least 4 hours; ideally, overnight.

Air fry or bake the wings at 400°F until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. If you don’t have a meat thermometer, cook until the wings are nicely browned and the juices run clear.

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn the garlic—just soften it. Stir in the honey and parsley, letting the mixture simmer for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Drizzle the hot garlic butter sauce over the cooked wings.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Serve hot with a side of Caesar or Ranch dressing if desired and enjoy!

    Notes:

You can sub powdered parmesan cheese in a pinch
