    4-Layer No Bake Butterscotch Delight Dessert

    Butterscotch desserts are some of my most popular recipes, and this one, is definitely one of them! I have instructions for baking the crust, which really is optional, but we like the extra crispy texture. This is what you'll need to make a 9 x 13 pan:

    Graham Cracker Crust

    • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
    • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup), melted
    • 1/2 cup sugar

    Cream Cheese Layer

    • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup sugar

    Pudding Layer

    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 2 small packages butterscotch instant pudding

    Whipped Cream Layer

    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 3 Tbs powdered sugar

    Toppings (optional)

    • Butterscotch sauce, chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

    Cream Cheese Layer:
    Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Then, add 2 cups of heavy cream and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread this mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.

    Pudding Layer:
    In another bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk until it reaches a pourable consistency that is thicker than regular pudding. Pour this over the cream cheese layer.

    Whipped Cream Layer:
    Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form. Spread this over the pudding layer.

    Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set and enjoy with additional toppings!

    Toppings (optional):
    Drizzle warmed butterscotch sauce on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
