Woman and two boys caught with handguns early Wednesday in Central Peoria
PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Three people, including two teenagers, were arrested early Wednesday morning on weapons charges, the Peoria police reported. All three — Wenoke E. March. 32, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy — were arrested on charges of aggravated assault and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. The two boys were taken to the Peoria County Juvenile Detention Center while March was taken to the county jail.
Dallas Daniels to Miss Remainder of 2024 AFT Series Due to Injury
As the Grand National Championship heads to Peoria this weekend, the shocking news this morning was that championship leader and local hero Dallas Daniels (No. 32 Estenson Racing Yamaha MT-07 DT) will be unable to participate for the foreseeable future after suffering a broken femur in a training accident on Sunday. Daniels underwent successful surgery on Monday, but the development is obviously a devastating blow to both Daniels and the Estenson Racing outfit.
