COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Friday afternoon, the newest Columbus councilor was sworn in at the Government Center. According to Downdetector, at its peak between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., there were more than 5,000 reports and they largely came from Augusta, North Augusta, Hephzibah, and Evans.
